WHO IS CHRISTINA, BIANCA & ROSSANO
Christina Maza: My purpose is to guide you on a journey of transformation and reconnection, awakening your energy and aligning you with your most authentic essence.
More than seven years ago, I embarked on a path of self-discovery that led me to explore the immense power that resides within each of us. I have trained in La Nueva Terapia (LNT), energy healing, Kundalini energy activation, Non-Duality, and Sacred Feminine practices, integrating tools that inspire deep connection with your true self.
Through my experience, I create sacred spaces where you can shed old layers, connect with your truth, and embrace your highest potential.
Blanca Puebla: In 2016, a life-changing experience led me to follow my soul’s calling and embrace my purpose in the holistic world. Since then, I have guided hundreds of people in Kundalini energy activation and the integration of somatic practices through breathwork and movement.
My training includes Reiki, La Nueva Terapia (LNT), Breathwork, Tantra, Taoism, Innerdance, and Kundalini Activation, tools that allow me to facilitate energy transmissions and non-dual consciousness expansion.
My mission is to create spaces where you can awaken your most authentic essence and embody divine energy in your daily life.

My intention in this training is to help you integrate energy work with a practical approach to conscious breathing and body connection.
My purpose is to guide you toward balance between body, mind, and spirit, facilitating a process of real expansion and transformation.
With expertise in Breathwork, Holistic Coaching, Meditation, Mindfulness, and Biohacking, and a Master’s in Exercise and Health, I help navigate personal evolution toward a state of integral well-being. I am here to support your reconnection with your true essence, transforming blocks into opportunities and awakening your potential from the heart.
