The retreat
Through ceremonies, rituals, healing sessions, teachings, and shamanic breathwork, each experience becomes a passage toward liberation, opening, connection, and expansion.
Held by the presence of the Guides, supported by the Allies, and empowered by the practices, you will be invited to reconnect with your center, your essence—to fully embody your true nature and walk your path with courage, strength, and authenticity.

WHO IS NATHALIE?
A member of the French synchronized swimming team in the 90s and multiple-time French champion with my club in Aix en Provence, I also coached the Nice club for three years while pursuing my studies at EDHEC.
From an early age, I developed a passion for sharing the joy of movement, precision, fluidity, and teamwork—values that over ten years of practicing this sport instilled in me.
It was only natural that I quickly grew to appreciate Pilates, which I discovered in 2010 on the recommendation of my osteopath, who was helping me with back pain. Like a moving meditation, Pilates taught me to reconnect with my breath and my core while executing exercises in a precise order with focus and control.
