On the practice side : we've set up our Yoga studio in a vast hangar, here are the highlights:

• Equipped with 50 yoga mats, it can comfortably accommodate a large group of practitioners.

• We provide 40 yoga mats, 80 blocks, 40 Zafu meditation cushions, 40 blankets, and 30 meditation mattresses to support and enrich your practices.

• For an immersive audio experience, our studio is equipped with two connected speakers and a microphone, allowing you to play soothing music or guide your sessions clearly.

• With a ceiling height of 5 meters, a fireplace for cooler evenings, and air conditioners for warmer days, it offers optimal comfort throughout the year.

• Its large openings provide panoramic views of soothing natural landscapes, inviting connection with nature and awakening of the senses.

• To ensure a distraction-free experience, it is fully soundproofed, allowing you to dive deeply into your practices without external disturbances. Whether you're an experienced yoga teacher or an enthusiastic beginner, our studio offers the perfect space for all practices!

 

On the accommodation side: each one is a haven of peace, carefully designed to guarantee comfort and well-being for your participants after a day of practice. Equipped with reversible air conditioning to ensure optimal temperature throughout the year, our rooms also offer private toilets and bathrooms, allowing you to enjoy maximum privacy and convenience. Our single beds are equipped with very comfortable mattresses, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating night's sleep.

Regarding the setting: Silence is sacred in our center. We understand the importance of creating a quiet and contemplative space for introspection and inner exploration. Whether during meditation sessions or free time, your participants will have the opportunity to connect with themselves in a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

 

In terms of cuisine: Nourish your body and soul with delicious meals prepared by our talented chef. Our menu offers a variety of nutritious and tasty vegan or vegetarian options, carefully crafted to promote the well-being of your participants throughout the retreat. Each menu can be customized based on your specific expectations, so feel free to share them with us.
