For the third time, we return to Terra Quinta—an up-and-coming eco-retreat nestled in Portugal's unspoiled countryside.

We offer you a sports-oriented stay focused on well-being, perfect for rejuvenating your body and mind. The Barre and Ballet Sculpt® classes will be led by Hélène, the creator of these concepts. You will also have the opportunity to participate in sessions with Caroline Robert, a dancer with the Paris Opera, who will offer floor barre, beginner ballet classes, and stretching sessions.
