WHO IS ALI?
Ali is a global yoga and meditation teacher with over a decade of experience. She began her teaching career in Vancouver, Canada, and spent four years in Los Angeles as the Lead Teacher and Teacher Development Manager at three top studios before launching her Retreat & Mentoring business in 2020.
Since then, she’s led transformational retreats around the globe in Thailand, Mexico, Bali, Canada and soon, Portugal. She also has over 18,000 global healing students on the Insight Timer App (and growing daily). Ali is passionate about creating safe, soul-nourishing, and elevated experiences for sensitive people who have a lot on their plate and give so much to others.
Currently based in Thailand (but traveling the world full-time since 2020), Ali brings a blend of grounded energy, spiritual depth, and world-class facilitation to everything she does. She leads with empathy, intuition, and an eye for meaningful detail.
