WHO IS DANIELA?

Daniela loves to teach and inspire her students using a variety of yoga techniques, including meditation, Asana, movement, Ayurvedic care, and breathwork. She views yoga as more than just physical postures; to her, it is an attitude, a lifestyle, and a state of mind.
Yoga found Daniela in her home country of Brazil in 1996, and it has been a transformative journey ever since. Her daily practice is Ashtanga Yoga, and she has made several visits to Mysore, India, to study with her teacher, Sharath Jois.
In addition to Ashtanga, Daniela teaches restorative yoga, meditation, and philosophy, making yoga accessible to everyone. She invites you to check her schedule for classes, workshops, and retreats, some of which are now offered virtually as well as in person.
