WHO IS NADIA?

My name is Nadia.
For as long as I can remember, I have been exploring human nature in all its dimensions.
From a very young age, I was introduced to the spiritual worlds.
Despite a long artistic career, I felt an irresistible pull toward the inner universe: encounters with masters, and the study of numerous spiritual and personal development practices.
Over the years, I have studied and experienced:
holotropic breathwork, vibrational singing, meditation, yoga, psychology, esotericism, hypnosis, art, aromatherapy, kundalini, tantra, dance and movement therapy, nail standing…
From this journey, my own method was born: a panoramic approach that embraces every dimension of the human being.
