DESCRIPTION
The Time to Reset Summer Wellness Weekend Retreat offers you a nourishing itinerary of walking, yoga, self development workshops, coaching, meditation, breathwork, journaling and sound baths with time to unwind and relax. Time to rest, time to reset, time for you.
PROGRAM
Friday 6th June- Welcome meeting (3pm)

WHO ARE YOU ?



The three founders of Time to Reset: Gill, Shirley and Danielle are all passionate about self-care and bringing you space to relax, reset and reboot so you can create change in your life and enjoy life to the fullest. Between us, we bring decades of experience from our different backgrounds in neuroscience, training, development, life coaching, mentoring, somatic coaching, yoga instruction and reiki.
LOCATION & MEALS Our chef will prepare delicious and generous vegetarian meals every day.
