QUANTUM is delighted to announce an immersive wellness retreat dedicated to self-discovery through sound meditations, breathwork, and yoga.
Guided by the theme of Finding Your Balance, this three-night experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner harmony and awaken the body’s natural intelligence.
Over the course of the retreat, you will experience:

Alfresco yoga flows, designed to release tension and restore balance.

Sound bathing sessions to reach deep states of meditation, clear the mind, and relax the body.

Psychedelic Breath® practice, combining breathwork and mindfulness to promote mental, spiritual, and physical healing.

WHO IS ANDREA ?
Andrea is licensed in Psychology and works as a Transpersonal Coach. She has complimented her studies as a Sound Facilitator in New York and Breathwork Instructor in Berlin, she is also certified as a Meditation Teacher by Deepak Chopra. Her passion is to support anyone who is on a spiritual awakening journey and wants to dig into their purpose.
The Story
Quantum began in 2021 with the only objective of embracing human connections from a different place.
Through our own journey of transformation, Quantum evolves organically with us, and with us, the people that make this happen.
