RETREAT AGENDA HIGHLIGHTS
Each day of the retreat is thoughtfully designed to help you de-stress, connect, and play. You'll have plenty of free time to enjoy the quinta’s amenities, including the pool and gardens. Massages will also be available during free time. All listed activities are included but always optional, giving you the flexibility to create your ideal retreat experience.

Dr. Varley is the founder of Ascend Retreats. She is a world traveler, physician, adventurer, advocate, and certified life coach. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge of science and holistic practices, as well as harnessing the power of the mind to heal the body—and the body to heal the mind.
She is a dedicated advocate for women, and her superpower is building community.
