The retreat will be hosted by Nikki Timney, assisted by Dale Turner.

 

I have been teaching yoga since 2019, after spending time in India learning all about the practice and the principles behind it. Since then, I have completed additional training in anatomy, yin yoga and holistic massage.

My teachings are centred around creating strength and flexibility within the body, whilst maintaining a deep internal awareness of the breath and how the movements feel.

I have worked on many retreats in both the UK and abroad, and love holding space for people to step away from the busyness of day to day life and reconnect with their authentic selves.

Our chef will prepare delicious and generous vegetarian dishes for you every day.
