DESCRIPTION
Get ready for an unforgettable getaway in Lisbon, at Terra Quinta, a peaceful haven located just 30 minutes from the capital, surrounded by five hectares of lush nature. From surfing on the beach to Pilates classes on the mat and in the pool, each day will be a revitalizing adventure. You will also enjoy divine massages from the fabulous Paulin, a Brazilian therapist, along with other surprises!

WHO IS LUGDIVINE?
A member of the French synchronized swimming team in the 90s and multiple-time French champion with my club in Aix en Provence, I also coached the Nice club for three years while pursuing my studies at EDHEC.
From an early age, I developed a passion for sharing the joy of movement, precision, fluidity, and teamwork—values that over ten years of practicing this sport instilled in me.
It was only natural that I quickly grew to appreciate Pilates, which I discovered in 2010 on the recommendation of my osteopath, who was helping me with back pain. Like a moving meditation, Pilates taught me to reconnect with my breath and my core while executing exercises in a precise order with focus and control.
