Shadow Work Immersion
Shadow Work is a group training led by at least two qualified facilitators. The retreat offers in-depth experiential sessions to explore and integrate your Shadow—the parts of yourself that are hidden, repressed, or denied.
What to expect:
-
Begin by understanding the principles of Shadow Work through coaching, group exercises, pair work, and guided visualizations.
-
Participants are then invited to present and explore their own Shadow in a supportive environment.
-
Explore how your Shadow manifests in different situations, what parts of you appear, and how to accept and transform these aspects.
The week:
-
The work is structured around the four elements: Water | Fire | Air | Earth
-
Integration of four archetypes: Loving | Warrior | King | Magician
-
Daily sessions combine reflection, experiential exercises, and group sharing.
-
Three days of focused Shadow Work guided by trained UK facilitators.
-
The language of the retreat is English.
-
The final day is devoted to integration, reflection, and rest.
Why shadow work matters:
The term “Shadow” was first coined by Carl G. Jung to describe the unconscious parts of ourselves that are hidden or denied. Jung emphasized that integrating the Shadow is essential for personal growth, creativity, and harmony. By working with your Shadow, you can cultivate self-awareness, acceptance, and deeper authenticity.
